Return Policy
All sales are final. No returns are accepted on any items, with the sole exception of custom order errors made by the seller.
Custom Orders:
- All custom work will be generated only after the buyer approves the proof via email within 72 hours.
- It is the buyer's responsibility to proofread and confirm that the proof is exactly what they want.
Error by Seller:
- If the seller does not produce the item to match the confirmed proof, the buyer must notify Julz Laser Magic within 3 days of receipt of the custom order to report the problem.
- In such cases, the seller will immediately correct the issue and, if required, will cover the return shipping costs.
Your satisfaction is important to us, and we strive to ensure that your custom orders meet your exact specifications. Please review your proofs carefully before approval to avoid any errors.
